1. Service Agreement
By signing up for services with Scoop The Doo, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the expectations for service, billing, cancellations, and customer responsibilities.
2. Payment & Billing
-
Recurring Services: Payments are billed every 4 weeks in advance.
-
One-Time Cleanings: A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due upon completion of service.
-
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards only. All clients must have a valid card on file.
-
Declined Payments: If a payment is declined, services may be paused until payment is received.
-
Late Fees: A $10 late fee may be applied if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
3. Service Schedule & Access
-
No Set Timeframes: Due to varying route conditions, we do not guarantee a specific arrival time but will provide a 30-minute notification before arrival and a photo confirmation after service is completed.
-
Gates & Yard Access: Clients must ensure gates are unlocked and the yard is accessible on the scheduled service day. If we cannot access your yard, the service will still be charged.
-
Weather Delays: If weather conditions prevent service, it will be rescheduled to the next available date. No refunds will be issued for weather-related rescheduling.
4. Holidays & Service Interruptions
-
We do not operate on major holidays, including:
-
New Year's Day
-
Easter
-
Memorial Day

If your scheduled service falls on a holiday, it will be moved to your next scheduled service date.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
-
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, including for missed visits due to locked gates or inaccessible yards.
-
Cancellations: Clients may cancel recurring service at any time. However, if cancellation occurs before the first billing cycle is completed, any promotional discounts (such as free initial cleaning) will be reversed and charged at the standard rate.
-
Pausing Service: Clients can pause service for up to 2 consecutive months. After that, a restart fee may apply.
6. Skipped Services & Rescheduling
-
Client-Initiated Skips: If a client wishes to skip a scheduled service, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice. However, skipped visits are not refundable or credited, as service routes and scheduling are pre-planned.
-
Rescheduling Requests: Clients may request to reschedule their service to the next available route day. We will accommodate based on availability, but rescheduled visits are not guaranteed.
-
Missed Service Due to Inaccessible Yard: If we arrive and cannot access the yard due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstacles, the visit will still be charged in full, and service will resume at the next scheduled visit.
-
Waste Accumulation After Skipping: If a client skips service, any accumulated waste from the missed visit will be picked up during the next scheduled service. Additional time may be required, but no extra fees will be applied unless excessive buildup requires an extended cleanup.
-
Recurring Service Commitment: Regular service ensures yard cleanliness. Frequent skips may result in the need for a one-time cleanup at an additional cost before resuming the normal schedule.
7. Missed Poop Policy
At Scoop The Doo, we strive for thorough and reliable pet waste removal. However, due to various factors, occasional missed waste may occur.
-
